2024-2025 TK-6th Grade Registration
We are thrilled to have our newest Wildcats join us for the 24-25 school year. All pre-registration will be completed online.

The registration process has two steps.  The first step is an online information gathering process. Here you will complete all the necessary forms and upload required documents. See the list of required documents below. The link to register your child(ren) is available at
https://qweb.clovisusd.k12.ca.us/preenrollment. You will also sign up for a time to physically come to the Valley Oak office to complete the  registration process.

The second step of registration is to have an in-person appointment with our registrar. You will need to make an appointment during the pre-enrollment process to come to the office to sign documents and secure enrollment. This appointment must be attended by one parent or legal guardian, it is NOT necessary for the child to attend. If you have any questions, please contact our registrar, Catherine Daniel at [email protected] or 327-8200.

Students applying for a transfer must register at their home school site until Student Services and School Attendance has approved the transfer application. For parents that require language assistance or access to the online registration process, computers are available for your use at your resident school.

***Please be prepared with the following documents to complete online pre-enrollment.***

  • A birth certificate or other birth record, such as a baptismal certificate (must provide birth certificate within 30 days).

  • The enrolling Parent/Guardian/Caregiver will need a photo I.D. Only birth parents, legal guardians (with court orders), or caregivers approved by Student Services and School Attendance can enroll a child in school.

  • Any court orders or custody agreements that affect your child or your participation in the school community.

  • Proof of residency, such as: recent property tax payment receipt; current rental agreement/lease; recent rent receipts; recent PG&E bill; water, sewage, or garbage bill; recent paycheck stub; voter registration card; recent correspondence from a government agency; escrow papers that indicate a closing date within 45 days.

  • Proof of Residency must be in the name of the enrolling birth parent, legal guardian (per court order) or caregivers approved by Student Services and School Attendance. If it is not, then the third party, whose name is on the document, must present themselves at the school with the parent to sign a “Declaration of Residency” at the time of enrollment.

  • Written evidence of up-to-date immunizations for: Polio, MMR (Measles,  Mumps, and Rubella), DTP (Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis), Hepatitis B series (3 shots over a 6-month period) and Varicella (Chickenpox). Enrollment will NOT be complete until all immunizations are up-to-date.
