Principal's Message

Dear Wildcat Families,

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2026–27 school year at Valley Oak Elementary. Whether you are returning to our campus or joining the Wildcat community for the first time, we are honored to partner with you in your child’s educational journey.

This year’s Clovis Unified theme, Our Story, Our Strength, reflects the core of who we are at Valley Oak. Every student, every family, and every staff member contributes to the shared story of our school. Together, we uphold a tradition of excellence in Mind, Body, and Spirit, creating an environment where students are challenged academically, supported socially, and encouraged to grow in character and confidence.

Valley Oak is a close‑knit community of approximately 500 students, and the strength of our school lies in the relationships we build. Our dedicated staff remains committed to fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Likewise, our families play an essential role through their partnership, involvement, and support of our programs and activities.

As a feeder school to Kastner Intermediate and Clovis West High School, we take great pride in preparing our Wildcats for success in their future academic endeavors. We encourage all students to participate in co‑curricular opportunities, explore new interests, and take an active role in shaping their own story.
