We’ve hit the ground running since returning from Winter Break! Our calendar is full of exciting opportunities for students to get involved both on and off campus.

Congratulations to our students who competed in wrestling and cheer last weekend, as well as our History Day and Science Fair winners! These accomplishments highlight the positive impact of co-curricular involvement, and we love to see our students shine! The awards are as follows:

I encourage families to help students find activities they enjoy. Participation beyond the classroom often supports academic success. A great example was our recent Science Fair and History Day Open House, where it was inspiring to see younger students excited and looking ahead to future participation. Thank you for being partners in your child’s education. We truly appreciate our community and love seeing our students involved!

We’re building an Interest List for anyone who may be interested in working part-time at Valley Oak or elsewhere in the district! These positions are a great option for parents who’d like to work while their children are in school, as well as college students looking for flexible hours.
